Kelty's Key - Online Therapy Vancouver Coastal Health

Provided by Kelty's Key

Offers online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for individuals ages 16 and up with depression, anxiety, panic, insomnia, chronic pain, complicated grief, or substance use.
Clients work with a single therapist over an eight-week period, communicating by encrypted email after an initial telephone orientation. The therapist emails once a week on a prearranged day to provide guidance and support by reviewing homework, addressing concerns or challenges, and sending CBT-focused lessons and worksheets.

All courses are open as a self-help resource, but the online therapy component is right now only available for the depression and anxiety courses and accessible through a referral from the Access and Assessment Centre (AAC).

Kelty’s Key is currently available to patients with depression in Outpatient Services at Vancouver General Hospital. Self-help users can use our online courses for free. You do not need a referral or permission to use the website.
