The Agency offers kidney care services across the province, which includes CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) clinics, hemodialysis units, independent hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis programs and community renal pharmacy partners. Also offers online courses and a range of resources and materials to help those at risk of and diagnosed with chronic kidney disease.
