Provides reasonably priced accommodations, amenities, and services for out-of-town patients undergoing cancer assessment or treatment in Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna and Prince George.
There are 4 lodges in British Columbia for people who need to travel away from home to receive cancer treatment. These lodges provide welcoming homes away from home for people with cancer who need to travel to receive treatment. Caring staff and volunteers are trained to help meet practical needs during cancer treatment. The lodges also offer social and emotional support through various programs and activities. They serve as spaces where individuals with cancer and their families can connect with others who understand their experiences.
