This organization is committed to ensuring that every Indigenous child in BC has access to spiritually enriching, culturally based, high quality early childhood development services. Program support Indigenous communities to develop high quality, culturally grounded, spiritually enriching community child care services that are based in the child’s culture, language and history.
The Resource Centre is focused on materials with Indigenous content and promoting learning and information sharing among parents, child care students and professionals, educators, academics, researchers, policymakers and anyone interested in Indigenous early learning and child care.
Education and Training offers training designed to help early childhood educators, support service professionals, and families enhance the programs they provide for Indigenous children and communities.
