Multi-lingual Counselling

Multi-lingual counselling services support individuals and families to navigate life challenges.
The following services are offered:
  • Individual counselling for stress management, loss and grief, workplace issues, relationship difficulties, abuse/trauma, and other issues
  • Couples counselling including marital counselling and separation/divorce counselling
  • Family counselling for issues such as parent-child conflicts and relationships with extended family members


Services available in Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and Farsi. Fees are charged on a sliding scale based on income. Services may be free based on eligibility criteria.
