Referral Instructions:
Mental health counselling requires a health professional referral. Please fax the referral form to the fax number below.
A professional referral is not required for substance use counselling. Clients with substance use concerns may call the central intake line directly.
Self-referrals are welcomed by calling Central Intake (see number below) or on a walk-in basis Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM. to Noon and from 1:00 PM. to 3:30 PM.
