Helps seniors and their families to understand and navigate supports available to them in the Greater Victoria area.
The 'Senior Care Navigation and Funding Support' program is a free, ongoing community service that helps seniors, caregivers, and families understand and access the supports available to them in Greater Victoria. It provides no obligation consultations that offer guidance on government-funded and low-cost programs, eligibility requirements, and application assistance. Support includes:
  • Help with home support subsidies
  • Tax credits
  • Respite resources
  • Disability-related funding
  • Veterans Affairs benefits
  • General care navigation

The program is designed to reduce confusion, empower families to make informed decisions, and connect them with the most appropriate services for their needs. To access services individuals, caregivers, or professionals can contact Seniors Helpers of Victoria directly by phone or email.

The program is open to Seniors, caregivers, and family members in Greater Victoria seeking guidance on care options, government-funded programs, or funding supports. No diagnosis or age verification required.
