The 'Senior Care Navigation and Funding Support' program is a free, ongoing community service that helps seniors, caregivers, and families understand and access the supports available to them in Greater Victoria. It provides no obligation consultations that offer guidance on government-funded and low-cost programs, eligibility requirements, and application assistance. Support includes:
- Help with home support subsidies
- Tax credits
- Respite resources
- Disability-related funding
- Veterans Affairs benefits
- General care navigation
