Adult Short-Term Assessment and Treatment (ASTAT) - Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton

Adult Short-Term Assessment and Treatment (ASTAT) provides short-term counselling support to individuals 25 years and older who are experiencing a problematic mental health and/or substance use concern.
Adult Short-Term Assessment Treatment (ASTAT) provides assessment, treatment and short term counselling for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use concerns through individual psychotherapy, skills-based/psychoeducational workshops, and psychiatrist referral. Individuals accessing ASTAT will typically work with a multidisciplinary team in a group-based skills-based workshop. Individuals who require more intensive services may connect with a counsellor for brief individual therapy.

Eligibility: Patients must be ages 25 and older (19+ for Pemberton location only), and experiencing a problematic mental health and/or substance use concern.
