Supports the quality of living while in the process of dying and a healthy transition through grief for the bereaved.
Provides hospice palliative care for individuals facing life-threatening illness in the New Denver area. Volunteers provide confidential, practical, emotional, and spiritual support that can include in-home or in-facility support for clients and families.
