- Rehabilitation services
- Referral and linking to community resources and emergency services
- Discharge planning and/or links to other community resources
Healthcare providers who see patients at the clinic include Clinical counsellors, Dietitians, Nurses, Occupational therapists, Psychiatric nurses, Psychiatrists, and Social workers.
